How I work 

I am an expert in taking gnarly problems, often in complex or scaling organisations, and finding a way to 'make stuff work' so that organisational goals are achieved and strategic objectives are met. This can be in businesses that are growing at pace, or established businesses looking to explore a new potential revenue stream, where there is a need for an additional senior member of the team on a 1 - 2 day a week or ad hoc basis.

I operate collaboratively with clients to ensure that their goals are top of mind when undertaking projects for them.  I like to be really clear on deliverables - and if that's something that the client isn't clear on, I can probably help with that too!

I can work with you, on site among your team, taking the lead on something non-BAU, or I can undertake assignments remotely, as long as that doesn't impact their outcome.
