Capital Raise Readiness Support
Not raising the capital for you, but priming your business to shine:
Helping refine the narrative so business fundamentals support the raise
Making sure the data room is immaculate
Pre-due-diligence tidying of finance, compliance, and operations
Identifying weaknesses investors will hone in on and preparing responses
Coordinating prep for investor meetings.
Founder Management (aka “strategic sounding board”)
Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the raise
Helping prioritise founder time effectively
Light-touch coaching + emotional stabilisation (optional, but frankly, essential).
Tier 1: Foundation Set-Up
A 4–6 week sprint to get the business tidy and investor-ready.
Fixed price.
Tier 2: Fractional Stewardship
Month-to-month operational oversight.
A set number of hours (e.g. 10 - 30 per month).
Modular add-ons available (board reporting, systems overhaul, hiring support).
Tier 3: Raise-Ready Plus (with Success Fee)
Foundation + Stewardship + capital-raise readiness support + success fee.
Success fee triggers:
Raise completed (funds in bank)
Fee could be a % of capital raised or a fixed amount based on target (e.g. 1–4%).
